The Marc Viader Foundation opens the doors to the “Marc Viader i Bas” space, dedicated to the dairy industrialist from Cardedeu, with an exhibition that allows us to get to know more closely the figure of  Marc Viader i Bas as a merchant, livestock farmer and industrialist, while the exhibition allows us to take a journey to the origins of Cacaolat, the popular milk and cocoa shake, created by the Viader family in the 1930s, the first of its kind in the world.

​Also exhibited are documents and photographs of the Granja M. Viader on Xuclà Street, the Granja Viader in Cardedeu and Letona SA.

The Marc Viader Foundation
Its primary purpose is to promote the memory and disseminate the figure and legacy of Marc Viader i Bas, as well as to cultivate and promote the values ​​of entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity, in different areas of business, culture and knowledge.
His residence, headquarters of the Foundation, is an important exponent of Catalan residential modernism-noucentisme, designed by the architect Manel Joaquim Raspall, in the center of Cardedeu.
