Tradicional catalan cusine in a very old Catalan Manor House from the XVIII century, only 40 minutes from center Barcelona. Bio products from nearest farmers are our major offer with Mediterranean style reconized with SICTED and “Q” international tourist quality certification. Placed in Parc Natural del Montseny, reconized by UNESCO as a Biosfere Reserve in one of the most beautifuls landscape in Spain.
Every day our Xef cook’s all dishes in a very tradicional way in order to recover old recipes, in a grate relationship with farmers that give us their best vegetables and meals. We also cook out home made bread and cakes every morning.
