Paseo del Dr. F\u00e0bregas, s \/ n Palou\r\n\r\nPalou fue un municipio independiente hasta el a\u00f1o 1928, en que fue agregado al t\u00e9rmino de Granollers. A cambio de servicios, aport\u00f3 un gran espacio territorial\r\nen buena medida agr\u00edcola, que ha mantenido su personalidad propia y diferenciada hasta la actualidad. El plan de Palou conserva un rico patrimonio cultural,\r\ntanto arquitect\u00f3nico como natural.
